A new power has risen. The rules have changed. And every side is in danger.
A new power has risen. The rules have changed. And every side is in danger. The Corridor of Keys is no longer what it once was. Under the control of the mysterious Grey Knight, the balance between Paladin and Nemesis has shattered. A third faction now stands strong enough to challenge them both, turning an already deadly game into something far more unpredictable. For Rich Witz, that means one thing. He cannot win alone. To stop the Grey Knight and uncover what is really happening inside the maze, Rich must do the unthinkable and join forces with his former enemies. Together, they will venture deep into the heart of the Corridor of Keys on a mission that could decide the fate of every knight and, ultimately, the entire world. But alliances built on necessity are fragile. The same people now fighting at his side once wanted him defeated. Maybe even dead. And in a world where every move matters, trust can be the most dangerous risk of all. As the maze grows darker and the stakes climb higher, Rich must decide who he can rely on, what he is willing to sacrifice, and whether victory is even possible when the board itself is changing.
Perfect for readers who love:
• Middle-grade fantasy with high-stakes twists
• Chess-inspired strategy and magical worlds
• Reluctant alliances and shifting loyalties
• Fast-paced adventures for ages 10–14
For fans of Percy Jackson, The Unwanteds, and action-packed fantasy where every move counts. The board has changed. The enemy has changed. Now Rich must change too… or lose everything.
